One taste-exchange credit for $14.99. For active Cool Cat Collection members exchanging one unopened, factory-sealed LP received in their subscription. The record, sleeve and packaging must be in perfect condition: no scratches, scuffs, wear or damage.
You pay the return postage. Only after we receive your returned LP and confirm it passes condition inspection, your curator selects a replacement for your next scheduled box, with no additional shipping charge. A separate immediate shipment costs extra.
Credits appear in the purchasing customer account after payment is verified. Sign in with the same account used for your membership. Redeem a credit in your membership dashboard to receive private return instructions. Buying a credit alone does not release the return address.
Credits do not cover catalog purchases or one-time surprises. Damage, quality and wrong-item claims never require a paid credit. Contact support about an unused-credit refund; statutory rights apply.
