Cancellation policy
- Monthly plans renew once each month and create one curated shipment containing the selected 1, 2, or 3 LPs.
- Annual plans are paid once upfront for 12 monthly shipments and save approximately one monthly payment. Exact savings are shown on each plan and at checkout.
- Standard U.S. shipping is included in every subscription price. Applicable taxes and optional shipping upgrades are charged separately as shown at checkout. Subscriptions are available only for delivery within the United States.
- Customers can open the secure Cool Cat membership interface from their subscription email or customer account to pause, resume, skip an upcoming monthly box, or cancel. Cool Cat Collection does not offer billing-date rescheduling.
- On a monthly-billed plan, skipping means the customer is not charged and does not receive a box for that cycle; billing and shipments resume on the following monthly cycle.
- On an annual prepaid plan, skipping means no box is sent for that cycle. Every remaining paid fulfillment moves forward by one month, including the final box, so the customer still receives all 12 paid shipments.
- A change must be completed before the upcoming shipment enters fulfillment. A charge or shipment already in processing cannot be skipped retroactively.
- Cancelling an annual prepaid plan stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund shipments already included in the paid annual term, except where required by applicable law.
- Subscription and one-time curated-surprise packages contain new, sealed LPs. Individually sold used records are not used for curated packages.
