Terms of service

Cool Cat Collection is operated by Epic Live Performances LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

These Terms of Service govern use of the Cool Cat Collection online store and purchases made through it. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the store and checkout.

Store and eligibility

Cool Cat Collection sells vinyl records and curated vinyl subscriptions to customers in the United States. You must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.

Products, availability, and pricing

Product availability, descriptions, images, condition information, and prices may change without notice. Inventory is supplied and fulfilled by third parties. An order is subject to payment authorization and inventory confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund or contact you about available alternatives.

Used records, when offered, are identified on their individual product pages. Subscription boxes and one-time curated-surprise products contain new, sealed LPs unless the applicable product page expressly states otherwise.

We may correct pricing, typographical, or catalog errors and may reject or cancel an order affected by an obvious error. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout.

Orders and payment

You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout. We may limit or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, commercially resold, or inconsistent with these terms. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee fulfillment of an unavailable product.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew and charge each month until cancelled. Annual subscriptions are charged upfront and include 12 monthly shipments. The price, frequency, renewal terms, and available customer controls are shown before checkout and governed by the Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not automatically refund completed charges or unused portions of an annual term except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable policy.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is available only to eligible United States addresses and is governed by the Shipping Policy. Individual catalog purchases are final sale for change of mind, personal preference, accidental orders, or buyer’s remorse. Eligible active subscription members may use earned taste-exchange credits for subscription LPs under the Return and Refund Policy; these credits do not cover catalog purchases or one-time curated surprises. A taste-exchange replacement ships only after we receive the unopened, factory-sealed LP and confirm that the record, sleeve and packaging are in perfect condition, with no scratches, scuffs, wear or damage. Remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and non-waivable legal rights remain available. Do not send a product to any address without return authorization.

Taste information and curation

Quiz responses, selected genres and artists, owned-title information, and optional connected-music-service signals may be used to prepare recommendations and curated shipments. Recommendations and curation are subjective and do not guarantee that every selection will match a customer’s personal preference. Connected music services are optional.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape or copy store content in violation of law, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Intellectual property

Store branding, original text, graphics, design elements, and software are owned by or licensed to Cool Cat Collection and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission. Product names, album artwork, artist names, labels, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use payment, subscription, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and music-platform services operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. Cool Cat Collection is responsible for the sale to the customer; third-party services are responsible for their respective platforms and systems as permitted by law.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every catalog error, carrier delay, or third-party service interruption can be prevented. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cool Cat Collection is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Material changes apply from the stated effective date and do not reduce rights already attached to a completed purchase where prohibited by law. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to a customer.
