Privacy policy

Cool Cat Collection is operated by Epic Live Performances LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit our store, create an account, complete the taste quiz, purchase a product or subscription, request support, or use the membership and return features.
Information we collect
We may collect information that you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, account information, subscription choices, customer-service communications, return details, damage photos, taste-quiz answers, favorite artists or genres, and titles you already own.
Payments are processed by the payment services offered at checkout. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
When you use the store, Shopify and other service providers may automatically collect device, browser, network, cookie, usage, and transaction information. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they may collect information about visits, product views, cart activity, purchases, and campaign attribution according to the consent choices available on the store.
Optional music-service connections
Connecting Spotify or Apple Music is optional. If you choose to connect a service, we may receive the profile, library, listening, artist, playlist, or related music-preference information that you authorize that service to share. We use those signals to improve your taste profile and curation. You may take the quiz without connecting a music service, and you may disconnect an authorized service through that provider.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- operate the store, customer account, membership, and subscription;
- process payments, orders, renewals, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, and replacement claims;
- personalize curated selections and prevent duplicate titles;
- communicate about transactions, service issues, and customer-support requests;
- detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems;
- measure store performance and improve products, services, and marketing; and
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations.
How we disclose information
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the business, including to Shopify; payment providers; subscription and customer-account providers; United States fulfillment, shipping, and return-service providers; analytics and advertising providers when enabled; professional advisers; and government authorities when legally required.
The fulfillment partner receives the information needed to ship an order directly to the customer. Music services receive information according to their own authorization and privacy terms. We do not sell personal information for money.
If the business is reorganized, financed, sold, or transferred, information may be disclosed as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising choices
The store uses cookies and similar technologies required for storefront, checkout, account, fraud-prevention, and preference functions. Analytics and advertising cookies may also be used when enabled. Where required, the store presents consent or opt-out controls. Browser settings can block some cookies, although doing so may prevent parts of the store from working correctly.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and return records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and contractual requirements. Retention periods vary by record type.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also unsubscribe from non-transactional marketing using the link in the message. Transactional and service communications may still be sent when necessary to administer an order, account, or subscription.
To submit a privacy request, email andres@epicliveperformances.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.
Children
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the store, service providers, or applicable law. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date.

Google Customer Reviews
We participate in Google Customer Reviews. Google may receive transaction information, including your order identifier, email address, delivery country, and estimated delivery date, to operate the program. Google and its service providers may place or read cookies or use similar technologies in connection with the program. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any consent controls offered on our store. Google sends a review survey only if you opt in using its invitation after checkout. Participation is optional. Google handles information under its Privacy Policy.
